     ST Solar is the high science and technology company, it specially engaged in solar module production、solar system design on grid and other solar business. ST Solar has the 100MW capacity with solar modules. In particular, has ability produce with maximum 300Wp in mono、poly、amorphous、thin film, double glass（BIPV）、CIGS solar module, which is leading position in the domestic market. The module is very useful for design and installation larger PV generator station, solar street light, solar energy telecommunication generator station.

      ST Solar has also produce the amorphous and thin film solar module。The high efficiency thin film solar cell with high stability and it has initial efficiency over 9% and more than 42Wp output power at the stable.
